Franciny Ehlke, social media content creator, showed in a video her property of 600 square meters, located in the interior of São Paulo. The farm, which she shares with billionaire businessman Tony Maleh, was presented in a tour published on her YouTube channel in April of 2025.
The main house has eight bedrooms and various areas intended for rest and family coexistence. Although still under renovation, the structure already offers leisure spaces that blend with the surrounding nature.
One of the property's attractions is the area dedicated to animals: chickens, horses and a pair of llamas live in an environment that also includes a private lake. The farm also has a structure for receiving helicopters, evidencing the extent of the land.
Franciny revealed plans to expand leisure options, including a gym and courts for tennis, basketball, beach volleyball and beach tennis. These projects aim to transform part of the area into a complete sports space.
The couple formalized their union in October of 2025, when they got married in Italy. In April of 2026, the influencer announced she is pregnant with her first child, making the farm even more significant as a family refuge.
In later videos, Franciny shared the challenges of her first pregnancy, reporting episodes of nausea that have impacted her routine and the attention of her medical team.
